Better Payroll Now is operated by Carl Nahigian, a sole proprietor in California and a licensed insurance producer holding licenses in multiple states (NPN 22289551; CA License #4564628). This policy explains what information is collected on this site and how it is used.

What we collect

This website itself has no forms and collects no personal information directly. When you choose to book a call, booking is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling on Google's own website, where you provide your name, email address, and phone number to create the appointment. If you call us, we receive the information you share on the call. The information we receive this way:

If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, you may submit a lead form hosted by Meta. Through that form we receive the information you enter or confirm: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers about headcount, who handles your payroll today, and when you want to switch. Meta's handling of that form is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is intended for business use only.

How we use it

Your information is used to contact you about payroll, HR, workers' compensation, and related business services you requested, and to understand which advertising is effective. We contact you by phone and email. If you checked the consent box on a lead form, we may also contact you at the number you provided by text message and by autodialed or prerecorded call; that consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call. Carl Nahigian is a licensed insurance producer in multiple states and may discuss workers' compensation coverage with you where licensed.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help operate this site and our business, and with insurance carriers or payroll providers where necessary to prepare a quote or proposal you have asked for. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use cookies, device identifiers, and information about your activity on Meta's services to show you our ads and to report to us how they perform, in aggregate. You can manage this in your Meta ad preferences. This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance. You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services and opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as needed for the business relationship and to meet legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping obligations, then delete them.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
